About Your Order
When will my order arrive?
      Our products are made to order, which means we create after your order has been placed. You can track any updates to your order here.
      Due to increased volume, during peak sale periods and holidays - if your order is past our current weeks window, we kindly ask that you wait at least hours for the tracker to update before reaching out to our Customer Care team.
How do I track my order?
      When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. If you can’t find your order confirmation email in your inbox, there’s a good chance it may be in your spam or junk mail folder.
      1.After your order is placed, you can check to see where your order is in the production process using our Order Tracker.
      2.Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with your order tracking information and estimated delivery date.
How can I cancel my order?
      All cancellations must be requested within hours of placing your order.
      If you would like to cancel your order, please email our Customer Care team.
I placed an order but haven’t received my order confirmation. What should I do?
      If you can’t find your order confirmation email in your inbox, there’s a good chance it may be in your spam or junk mail folder.
      We recommend checking there first. If you still can’t locate it, please contact us to request another order confirmation email.
